WHEN:

Tuesday, January 9th, 2024: 3:00 – 5:00 PM

WHERE:

All Mentees and their Mentors – try to come with your Mentor or Mentee but please still attend if they cannot join you

WHAT TO BRING:

MENTEES – SWOT Analysis of Your Company (Please make sure your Mentor has a copy of your SWOT before the meeting)

We are excited to offer a template for our mentees to create a strategic plan. Tracy Lockton and Harry Campbell will help walk you through the template with your Mentor and, ultimately, your key team members through the process of identifying who you are, what you do, why you do it, and how you will continue to grow and adapt to the ever-changing and complex needs of customers.

We will provide the Strategic Plan Worksheet Packet, HEMP 360 Degree Overview, and the HEMP 360 Degree Sample Questions. We will go over these items, and you will discuss them with your Mentee and Mentor during the breakout session.

Please Note: You may attend any of the events even if you are not able to attend all the sessions.
