Strategic Workshop Part III

You have worked on your strategic plan, refined your elevator pitch and mission statement, created your goals, and identified the characteristics and specific target customers, and now you are ready to create your company's key performance indicators (KPI's). At Strategic Planning Part III, we will discuss the common KPI's to benchmark performance and help choose which ones are the most critical. We will also have a Q&A session with members of the Finance Committee to answer questions about financial statements and create your financial projections.
